وجه الدكتور مهندس/ مصطفى هدهود ـ محافظ البحيرة بعمل هيكل وظيفى وإدارى لمكتبة دمنهور العامة يضم قسما ماليا وإداريا وتسلسل وظيفى للعاملين بها عن طريق مديرية التنظيم والإدارة وشئون العاملين بالمحافظة لرفعها للجهاز المركزى للتنظيم والإدارة.
جاء ذلك خلال جولته التفقدية ظهر اليوم داخل مكتبة مصر العامة بدمنهور حيث تفقد قاعات الأنشطة المختلفة ووجه بضرورة مراجعة إجراءات الحماية المدنية وأجهزة الإطفاء الذاتى وعمل الدورات التدريبية للعاملين لتشغيلها.

This came during his inspection tour afternoon inside Damanhour library where he reviewed MPL 's Activities halls and directed to the need of reviewing procedures for civil protection and fire extinguishers work and self-training courses for the staff
