(Advanced Civil Community) ACC
هى مؤسسة تنموية تطوعية بكوادر شبابية من أبناء محافظة البحيرة من مختلف المراحل العمرية من الدارسين والخريجين. ويقدم أعضاؤها الشباب مشروعهم التنموى بهدف رئيسى هو خدمة المجتمع المدنى بعمل تطوعى يعمل على توسيع رقعة المشاركة الايجابية للشباب، وبناء كوادر شبابية تعمل لتحقيق النهضة.
تشارك المكتبة كأحد الرعاة الرسميين للمشروع، والذى يتكون من ثلاثة برامج متداخلة, تقدم لمدة ستة أسابيع تنتهي فى 18 أكتوبر، هى كالتالى:-
- نموذج محاكاة جامعة الدول العربية.
- برنامج التعليم المدنى.
- برنامج التنمية البشرية الأكاديمية.
Is a voluntary development institution youth cadres of the sons of Beheira Governorate from all ages of students.The young members their developmental project main aim is to serve civil society volunteer , working on the expansion of the positive participation of young people, and build a cadre of youth working to achieve renaissance
Library participates as one of the official sponsors of the project, which consists of three overlapping programs, provide for a period of six weeks ending on October 18, are as follows
